Gentertec Qiqihar No. 2 Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (abbr. Genertec Qier Machine Tool), was founded in 1950 and has been a famous manufacturing enterprise for heavy duty machine tools, as well as one of the important research, development and manufacture bases for CNC heavy duty machine tools in China. In 2008, Genertec Qier Machine Tool joined China General Technology (Group) Holding Ltd. Genertec Qier Machine Tool has continuously expedited the adjustment on the product structure according to the market demands and independently developed various series of products, including CNC Floor Type Milling and Boring Machine, CNC Gantry Type Boring and Milling Machine, CNC Vertical Turning Lathe, CNC Horizontal Lathe, CNC Milling machine and Machining Center, multi-station mechanical press, automatic forming equipment and special CNC machine tools, totally over 150 models. 82 models of those products were the first provision in the domestic market and have been awarded 22 Science and Technology Progress Awards in State and Province. CNC Heavy Duty Milling and Boring Machine of QIER Brand has been entitled with China Top Brand and dominated over 80% of the market shares. CNC Machine Tools have been certified as Brand China by the Ministry of Commerce, People’s Republic of China.
